1.Introduction

Unuman Corps (“Unuman Corps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at unumancorps.com (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

This Policy applies only to the Website (unumancorps.com) as it currently operates. It does not apply to any other product, application, or service Unuman Corps may offer separately, which may be governed by its own privacy policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how information relating to visitors to our Website is handled. Where applicable law requires your consent for a particular activity, we will seek that consent through an appropriate mechanism rather than relying on this notice alone.

2.Who We Are

Unuman Corps is a Udyam-registered Micro Enterprise based in Tamil Nadu, India, operating in artificial intelligence, software development, and information technology services.

Unuman Corps is registered under the Government of India’s Udyam Registration framework for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

For questions concerning this Privacy Policy or personal information handled through the Website, please contact us using the details provided in Section 11.

3.Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

The Website does not have a data-collecting contact form. The Contact section provides direct links — a phone number (tel:), an email link that currently opens a pre-filled Gmail compose window addressed to us (rather than your own default mail app), and a link to our GitHub organization. If you choose to email or call us through one of these links, we receive whatever information you personally choose to include in that message or call — the Website itself does not capture, store, or transmit anything to us automatically when you click these links.

We do not require you to create an account or provide payment information to use the Website.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Hostinger, our hosting provider, automatically generates server and access logs when visitors access the Website. These logs may include your IP address, request date and time, the pages or resources requested, browser and device information, country derived from your IP address, response information, and related technical information. Hostinger’s hosting tools may also provide us with aggregated statistics such as request counts, unique visitors, bandwidth, and traffic sources.

The Website does not load any third-party advertising trackers, analytics scripts, marketing pixels, chat widgets, embedded maps/videos, or newsletter sign-up tools — the Website’s content security policy is configured to block scripts and connections to any domain other than our own, so no such integration can run even if added by mistake. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy and our Cookie Policy accordingly.

3.3 Information We Do Not Collect

The Website does not currently have user accounts, logins, session-based features, or a data-collecting contact form. We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data through the Website.

4.How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to and communicate with you about inquiries you send us directly by email or phone
  • Understand and improve Website traffic and performance through analytics
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Website
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

  • Our hosting provider (Hostinger), which processes website traffic and analytics data as part of providing hosting services to us
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others

We do not share any correspondence you send us with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

6.International Data Processing

Our Website is hosted using infrastructure provided by Hostinger. In connection with providing hosting, security, network, and related services, information such as server and access-log data may be processed or stored outside India. Where applicable, we rely on our service providers to handle such information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and their contractual obligations.

7.Data Retention

The Website does not operate a data-collecting contact form, so we do not systematically retain any submission data through it. If you email or call us directly using the links on the Website, that correspondence is retained in our own email or phone records — like any personal correspondence — for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and for a limited period afterward for our internal records, unless you request earlier deletion (see Section 9). Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Hostinger’s standard retention practices.

8.Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as and when its provisions come into effect), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Raise a grievance regarding how your information is handled

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10.Children's Privacy

The Website is a general corporate and company-information website. It does not currently provide user accounts, forms, or other features through which Unuman Corps intentionally collects personal information directly from children. Separate products intended for students or minors — such as ExamMind AI or SchoolMind AI — are governed by their own, separate privacy notices and consent mechanisms.
